Ready to Shop the Look with Gelish?
Explore this easy and popular leopard print nail art design.
We teamed up with Jess Munn from Gelish to get the scoop on one of the most popular nail art looks this season. And, it’s not as hard as you think! Grab your nail art brush, your favourite colours, or shop our fave picks below, and get on it!
STEP 1 Prepare the natural nail by filling the nails into shape and pushing back cuticles. The Barneys Cuticle Pushers are ideal for this. Then remove natural oils from nails by lighting buffing nail and apply a thin coat of Gelish PH Bond to nail.
STEP 2 Apply Gelish Foundation to the nails and cure for 30 seconds under a Gelish LED light.
STEP 3
Apply a soft pink colour over the entire nails, we recommend Gelish Once Upon a Mani for a medium pink or Gelish Curls and Pearls for a soft pink.
Cure two coats of desired colour. Using your LED light to cure the Gelish after each coat.
STEP 4
Using your fine nail art brush dip into Gelish Black Shadow and create small random half circles and small wiggly lines to represent the leopards spots. Using your LED light to cure the Gelish in between each layer.
STEP 5
Using your fine nail art brush apply Gelish Give me Gold into the centre part of your cured Black circles, then cure in your LED light.
STEP 6
Finish off and seal in your stunning nail art design with Gelish Top it Off Gel Sealer for a high shine finish.
